CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(HES) An Act relating to                              
continuances for temporary custody hearings that follow emergency              
custody of a child; and amending Rule 10, Alaska Child in Need of              
Aid Rules was read the second time.                                            
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.
